Mike offers a introduction to mindfulness for any corporation or agency that would like to improve staff moral, confidence, and promote a healthier working environment. During this workshop, Mike explores the science of mindfulness, the evidence that supports the positive psychological, physiological, and environmental changes that mindfulness brings to any team. 

Self Compassion for Caregivers

Mike explores how mindfulness can help those who are in a caregiving role. During this workshop, Mike will demonstrate the importance of self care while working with the those in need, the inner dynamics of working with the public, as well as the mental, emotional and physical toll that comes from dealing with people on a daily basis. This workshop will provide the tools to create a mindfulness practice that allows each individual to work from a place of non-judgement.
